Michael A. Guerra, Ed.D. of Guerra & Associates Consulting International has a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior, a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organization Development, and a Doctor of Education Degree in Organization and Leadership with a Pacific Leadership International emphasis. He approaches organization development from an interpretive anthropological perspective. Dr. Guerra has over 25 years of experience in local government and over 12 years of organizational consulting experience.
In addition, Dr. Guerra is an Associate Professor of Business Administration with over 10 years of experience who teaches undergraduate, MBA, and DBA courses in: Export-Import Management, Cultural Dimensions of Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management and Decision Making, Operations Management, Knowledge Management, Organization Development, and Human Resource Management. Dr. Guerra has taught these courses in MBA programs located in the U.S., Vietnam, China, Singapore, Taiwan, Canada, Nigeria, and Serbia.
