He approaches organization development from an interpretive anthropological perspective. Dr. Guerra has over 15 years of experience in municipal government and over 5 years of organizational consulting experience. In addition, Dr. Guerra teaches vocational training courses at the community college level, and the following undergraduate and MBA courses at the university level: Cultural Dimensions of Management, Organizational Behavior and Administration, Business Communication, International Import and Export, and Organization Development.Lory A. Guerra of Guerra & Associates Consulting has over 20 years of experience in the commercial printing industry and has been a high-technology technical writing consultant.
